OVERVIEW: Aids executive in staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as personnel matters, budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control, employee scheduling, payroll processing, tips recording, special management studies and other tasks assigned by management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Studies management methods in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions · Must be able to process department payroll · Maintain employee schedules to ensure a complete staff for the proper operation of the card room, which includes updating time clock with employee schedules.
