OVERVIEW: Short Order Cooks are production personnel and responsible for the flow and quality of short order menu items. OVERVIEW: Plans and establishes adequate security procedures for company and compound. Conducts physical security inspections to ensure the safety for employees, customers, vendors and greyhounds. Sit with Greyhounds on viewing stand prior to entering the track.
