* * * SHORT ORDERS COOK * * * $ 10 per hour.....plus $150 BONUS after 120 days!!
OVERVIEW: Short Order Cooks are production personnel and responsible for the flow and quality of short order menu items. OVERVIEW: Plans and establishes adequate security procedures for company and compound. Conducts physical security inspections to ensure the safety for employees, customers, vendors and greyhounds. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Assigned window bank, sell wagering tickets and cash winning tickets · Perform cashiering functions in accordance with the Company and State policies · Accountable for overages and shortages in window bank.
