OVERVIEW: Selling of pari-mutuel betting tickets to customers; responding to customer problems and complaints. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Assigned window bank, sell wagering tickets and cash winning tickets · Perform cashiering functions in accordance with the Company and State policies · Accountable for overages and shortages in window bank. OVERVIEW: Plans and establishes adequate security procedures for company and compound. Conducts physical security inspections to ensure the safety for employees, customers, vendors and greyhounds. OVERVIEW: Walk Greyhounds out for official races.
